As a 501C-3 Non-Profit organization, Nanka follows a governance based upon our bylaws. Our bylaws are amended time to time, but the current in force version is provided here.

At the top of our hierarchy is our Board of Directors, who elects our Officers and Executive team and is the effective ultimate decision makers for Nanka.
