NANKA Asset Use Guidelines

Nanka Asset usage

A benefit of being a Dojo member of Nanka is acess and  use of Nanka assets. These include items such as Shiai Tatame, Referee Care System, and Contest Scoring Equipment (Laptop and Large flat screen TV).

Such assets which belong to Nanka, can be borrowed by Nanka Dojo Member upon written request. Approval of any asset loan is at the discretion of Nanka leadership.  The following guidelines need to be agreed by the asset borrower.

1.    All assets borrowed by Nanka Dojo Members may be at zero cost, if the Dojo is in good standing.

2.    The borrower of the assets must agree to accept responsibility of the asset(s), while it is in their care.

3.     Any damage or loss to the asset(s) must be repaired or replaced by the borrower.

4.      The borrower is fully responsible for the transport and safe return of the asset(s).

5.       A refundable deposit of $TBA is required.

6.       Although not required an orei to Nanka is appreciated. 

Non-Nanka Member Asset usage

If the borrower is not a Nanka Dojo Member, then Nanka has discretion whether the Asset may be loaned. If approved a fee will be charged and must be paid in advance. Items 2, 3 and 4 as listed above are applicable to non-member.

Nanka BOD may make any changes to cost as necessary.
