This page outlines how Nanka members—both individual members and affiliated dojos—can submit content for posting or re-posting on Nanka’s official social media platforms.

 Acceptable Content

Submitted content should support the mission and values of Nanka and must be judo-relevant. Such examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Nanka club events or activities
  • Achievements by Nanka members
  • Community involvement
  • Judo news relevant to Nanka or its affiliates
  • Photos or videos from Nanka events

 Not Acceptable Content:

Content that fails to meet standards of decency and respect, that could be considered offensive to our membership and the broad judo community will not be processed. This includes but is not limited to;

  • Commercial advertisements or sponsorship promotions
  • Personal opinions or commentary
  • Political, controversial, or potentially divisive material
  • Low-quality or unverified media

Submission Method:

All content must be submitted via the official online form located on the Nanka website: www.NankaJudo.org. Upon submission, the online form will automatically notify the Nanka Marketing & Communications (Marcom) Committee of the request and its details.

Review & Response Time

  • The Nanka Marcom team will review each valid submission, aiming to take action within 24 hours, when possible.
  • An email confirmation will be sent to the requester indicating:
  • Whether the post has been approve
  • Any revisions made
  • Estimated publish date, if applicable

Incomplete or unclear submissions may result in delays or rejection.

  1. Follow-Up Posts and Comments
  • Requests related to replies, comments, or post follow-ups will not be monitored or acted upon.
  • Only original submission forms will be reviewed for consideration.

Final Authority

All decisions made by the Nanka Marketing and Communications Committee regarding content approval, edits, or rejection are final and not subject to appeal.
